@Row_D_N3 - Elevation EP (Review)

Some of you may know Row D from his venomous Fire In The Booth or for winning the 1xtra Lyrical Master competition last year by devouring each opponent he faced with hard hitting punchlines and ice cold flows, others may know him for being the first grime artist to jump out of a plane in a music video (yeah you heard me, a fucking plane!) but one things sure whatever reason you know him for you'll know by now that he is a certified riddim killer and one hell of a character.

Those of you that already know of Row D will know a few months back he dropped his White Rhino mixtape which received loads of praise from the grime scenes artists, DJ's and fans alike. That mixtape is still available to download for free and you can grab it HERE

This latest EP marks the progression of an underestimated artist on the rise to cementing his name in grime history alongside the greats and forefathers of our scene. Standout track for me is the track "Lemon Haze" which sees Row D spitting over a more chilled out vibe than what he is known for. With a haunting vocal sample and nice crisp snare the beat is the perfect accompaniment to his vibe on this track, you can catch the video for that track below

Overall this EP is a 10/10 from start to finish, Row D proving yet again why he is a force to be reckoned with and showing the fans and haters that he is a diverse artists able to catch any beat perfectly like a great white shark catching a seal in mid air. I highly recommend you keep an eye out for this release and make sure to grab it when it lands on the 1st of August as it's going to make a big impact on our modern scene.
