This is the debut instrumental album from a very talented young producer by the name of Gekould, who if you pay attention to our blog on a regular basis has been gaining a nice support base recently and putting out an amazing spectrum of sounds.
As an introduction to him we released his first experimental ep "Secrets" back in November for free download (Grab it HERE) and he follows it up with a brand new, brilliantly structured hiphop album. When listening to Gekould's beats you can tell that he has a very free spirit in the way that his creativity doesn't stop him from conforming to one specific genre.
The majority of this album is full of big, bold, bass driven hiphop beats but what sets the album apart from any other beat tape is its experimental qualities. Where other producers may stick to their "Winning Formula", Gekould is not afraid to stray from his specified genre and go off into an audio dream world of futuristic sounds.
We would highly recommend this album to anyone that is a fan of instrumental hiphop as well as any electronic, experimental fans also. As a complete package this release earns a solid 10/10 from us and leave us excited to see what else is to come from this talented producer!
