Those who know of the Oxford/Reading hip-hop scene will already know the trusty hip-hop pioneers that are 3FOD, but for those of you that aren't yet aware of how sick this collective are then you are in for a treat this coming week.
You may remember hearing Macular and Wukash on the big Oxford/Reading cypher that we dropped early in the year (If not check it out above!) and since then, this year has brought a number of meaningful accomplishments for the group. From numerous bookings and performances to the brilliant music video for their track "6 Truths" featuring a bunch of the usual suspects, filmed at Cowley road carnival by Global Faction (See It HERE).
This EP is the first in a series of releases from 3FOD with a long list of special guest features including the likes of Ash The Author, Severed Tongue (Tang The Pilgrim & Elliot Fresh), Mischief Manners and more!
Ive been lucky enough to have an advance copy of this release and from start to finish this EP is a certified must have in any uk hip-hop collection! From the old school yet modernistic vibes of Driff & SQNC's productions, to the gritty, husk tone of Wukash's verses and the political yet venomous precision of Macular's content, this is a project to make Reading city proud.
