Anyone that has followed us as a brand over the last ten years will already know how highly we rate Smallz and we openly show our support of him and his talent as we do for a lot of people. The next chapter in his music career is an EP series with the first release entitled "Cultivation Chapter 1".
Soon to drop on iTunes on the 29th of January, this is one of the most complete bodys of work ive heard from him yet and from listening to the third track "Fuck You" its clear just how much he has grown up over the years into a confident, attacking artist. You'll recognize the opening track "Leonardo" from his SBTV visual (As seen above) with his brash and ballsy style displaying nothing but confidence on any riddim.
Unlike most artists Smallz is naturally confident on both Grime and Drum & Bass which is unusual of modern grime "Artists". To hear an example of him shelling on DNB check out our Versatility Sessions mix featuring him, Spookasonic, SMK, Traumatik & Kombo HERE.
In summary this whole project is hard to criticise, over the last few days ive found it difficult not to listen to it from start to finish and i think that's an affliction that will be experienced by many of you on the 29th of January.
